Not another CRM.Find the deal worth doing now.
Base IQ works through your clients and prospects every day, shows each of them what they could do in their own report, and gets them talking to you. They get a better deal; you keep clients for life, not just for settlement.
First 50 founders. Books loaded before Christmas. Then $99 + GST a month for your first year.
Your Trail export, your spreadsheets, your leads and QR code – every client in one place.
Anna and the other clients are examples. Their figures are worked out from today’s rates (21 Sep 2026) and a sample book of 250 loans. Savings assume rates stay where they are today.

Be there first.Trail gives you the task at 90 days. Base IQ does the work: the message, the rate check, the equity picture, the booking, and the record to update Trail.
Three ways in. One report each. Then you.
Whoever they are, every person gets the same thing: their own figures, worked out with the same maths as our calculators, in your name. Then you follow up, or they book you.
Your book
Load your Trail export or a spreadsheet. Base IQ watches every loan and tells you who needs you this week, and why.
Leads you buy
A ClientConnection lead becomes your prospect the moment you buy it. Add it to Base IQ and it’s looked after the same way.
Your QR code
Put it on your card, at open homes and on social. People scan it, check their mortgage in two minutes and ask you to follow up.
Then the nurturing runs itself: a check-in when their rate is ending, a note when rates move, a reminder if they don’t answer – always in your name, always with an easy way to stop.
See a reportIt never stops looking. When something changes, you’re first.
Base IQ checks every client every morning. When rates move, it finds who that matters to, works out what it’s worth to them, and tells you who to talk to.
Base IQ checks every client against today’s rates. Nothing new? Nothing is sent.
Monday and Tuesday: nothing new, so nothing is sent. Base IQ only speaks up when it matters.
Example only: made-up clients from a sample book of 250 loans, today’s advertised rates, and a cut chosen to show the idea – not a forecast. Savings are estimates before lender conditions and fees.
Clients move. They move with advisers. Make it you.

What your client sees
A check-in page in your name. Their loan, their estimated value and equity, today’s advertised rates and what the difference means in dollars a fortnight. Information, not advice – you give the advice, in the review they book with you.
If they ask where their details came from, the page says it plainly: from their adviser, for this review. Every message carries your name and an opt-out.
Anna, your fixed rate ends on 14 January
Anna is an example. Rates: calculate.co.nz (lowest advertised rate for borrowers with at least 20% equity), 21 Sep 2026. Estimated value is indicative only.
How Anna’s figures are worked out
The same sums run for every client in your book. You can check any of them by hand or in CalcStudio.
| Loan, years left, paid | $540,000, 24 years, fortnightly |
| Repayment at 6.19% (her rate now) | $1,663 a fortnight |
| Repayment at 4.95% (Kiwibank, lowest advertised 1-year rate) | $1,480 a fortnight |
| Difference | $183 a fortnight, about $4,759 a year |
| Or keep paying $1,663 at 4.95% | mortgage-free about 4.5 years sooner |
Repayment = loan × r ÷ (1 − (1 + r)−n), where r is the yearly rate ÷ 26 and n is years left × 26. Rates: calculate.co.nz (lowest advertised rate for borrowers with at least 20% equity), as at 21 Sep 2026. Information, not advice.
A client you keep costs less than a client you buy
Put in your own figures. Base IQ adds none of its own – it simply sets what a new client costs you against what it costs to keep the ones you already have.
The working
Type your figures on the left and the sums appear here.
Base IQ prices exclude GST. Your figures stay in this browser – nothing is sent or saved.
- Summer Refix Rescue: we load your book and contact every client due December to March – before Christmas.
- Then $99 + GST a month for your first 12 months (normal price $499): watching, check-ins, reminders, bookings, dashboard. Up to 250 loans.
- Founders’ group: a monthly call where founders decide what we build next.
Books must reach us by 12 December to be loaded before Christmas. Works with Trail and any spreadsheet. By joining you agree to the one-page authority, the terms and the privacy policy.
Why now
Last December, 41% of all new mortgage lending was borrowers switching banks. Those loans come up again from now until February. If your clients hear from their bank first, you lose the client and the next loan.
Your first year as a founder is $1,687 + GST all in. Use the calculator above to set that against what one kept client is worth to you.
Questions
Is this financial advice?
No. Base IQ shows your client information: their own loan details, an estimated property value, today’s advertised rates and the difference in dollars. You give the advice, in the review they book with you.
Where does my clients’ data live?
In your own Base IQ space, in Sydney, under a one-page authority you agree to. It is never pooled, shared or used for anyone else. Messages go out in your name only, and every message carries an opt-out.
Do you call my clients?
Only if you add an Action Calling Pack and approve the script. Otherwise your clients get email and text in your name, and a link to book you.
What if my fixed-rate dates are wrong or missing?
The client confirms their lender, rate, balance and date on the check-in page. Base IQ never invents a date; it asks.
I use Trail. Do I need to change anything?
No. Export your Mortgage Products, upload, done. Trail keeps giving you the 90-day task; Base IQ does the contacting and booking, and gives you the outcomes to update Trail.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The founder price is for your first 12 months; after that it is the normal monthly price and you can cancel at the end of any month.
